Bonded by a shared purpose, we never give up in our search for the next innovation that could offer new hope for patients battling serious diseases. And while our work transforms the lives of patients, it also transforms the lives and careers of those who do it.

You’ll also find leadership and allyship opportunities among many active People and Business Resource Groups chapters and/or site committees for B-NOW, BOLD, CLIMB, DAWN, OLA, Pride Alliance, PAN, VCN, Community Outreach, Social Committee and University Relations. In addition to organized groups, there’s an ongoing calendar of events and community impact programs that our passionate employees brought to life. From team-building events and summer cookouts to ice cream Friday and corporate volunteer days, Devens is always buzzing with the excitement that comes with truly enjoying the people you work with.
